Introduce your little one to the magic of photography without a camera! In this hands-on cyanotype workshop, children will explore one of the oldest photographic printing processes using sunshine, water, and their imagination. Artist and photographer Cathy Immordino guides kids step-by-step as they create beautiful Prussian-blue prints using leaves, toys, stencils, and found objects.
Young artists will learn:
• How light-sensitive paper works
• How to arrange objects to create bold shadow images
• How to safely expose and rinse their prints
• How to experiment with texture, layering, and composition
Kids leave the class with 2–4 finished cyanotype artworks they’ll be excited to show off at home!
Perfect for ages 3–10 (parents welcome to stay).
No experience needed — just curiosity and creativity!
