Heather Lowe’s painting reached beyond color moiré to gradations of color and ground in diverse patterns generating images in motion. She has been working in lenticular media, an interactive optical art form that shows animation and 3-D. Her work has been exhibited nationally and locally. Recent solo shows were at Keystone Art Space Gallery and Seis Gallery in Los Angeles. Born in Santa Monica, she studied at Santa Monica College, UC Santa Cruz, and San Francisco City College.
