This is the dual layer of two paintings in a shadowbox frame. Athena's strategic qualities are most often explored in my artworks. I love painting alcohol ink abstracts because it requires creating beauty in the midst of control/surrender and conflict/resolution as the inks take their own paths and reactivate each other. Hopefully her wisdom also comes through.
